We've put our email address into an image file to make it difficult for robot spammers to crawl our website and then use our email address to send us heaps of unwanted junk mail.  It doesn't stop all of them but thankfully, it does stop a lot of them!

So please type our email address into your email programme and feel free to email us at any time.  Our sincere apologies for this inconvenience to you.

You can rest assured that we check our email inbox EVERY day - at least once - and we try to respond within 24 hours.  You will usually hear back from us much sooner than this.

However, if you have not heard from us within 36 hours after emailing us or after placing an order, then something will have gone wrong and it is more than likely that we have not received your email or your order.  If you find yourself in this situation please email us again.
